Remove the stopper and take a small sip of about one teaspoon of oil directly from the bottle.

Swish daily for two to five mins first thing in the morning. Discard oil into the trash can. Do not swallow. Do not rinse.
With the appropriately sized sip, this oil should last up to 6 weeks. For a glowing smile, brush your teeth as normal after pulling. Note: Oil Pulling should serve as an addition to your oral care routine and should not replace daily brushing and flossing."
