"I want to love this product, but Idk if I'm using it correctly. . . maybe someone can let me know. It's not like a traditional balm cleanser that, when activated with water, creates a mily texture and rinses off easily. It does take a few rinses to NOT feel the grease on the face. Adding water didnt change it at all; it also doesn't say on the box to add water so, again, could be user error."

"Do you like to cleanse your face with a cleansing balm like I do? If so you’ll definitely want to try Relevant skincare cleansing balm. I enjoy using this to wash my face with every evening for the last few days. The texture of the balm feels lightly and smoothed onto my skin like butter. I use the cute little spatula to dab into my product which is helpful to prevent germs and bacteria from getting into the balm. I like to warm the cleanser into my palms until it gets a warm texture and then glide across my face avoiding my eye area and blending on down towards my neck and décolleté area. This rinses off very easily with a warm cleansing cloth and then I lightly patted my face with a towel. After my skin dries I feel like I’ve just stepped out of a spa! The clean soft feeling this gave my skin each time was like no other cleansing balm I’ve tried before. The scent is very light and citrus scent. The packaging is truly gorgeous! The orange and blue jar looks so neat and pretty on my bathroom vanity. I’m excited to purchase more skincare products from Relevant. This product really caught my attention with how nice my skin felt afterwards and the next morning my skin felt smooth and not dry."

These are so amazingly convenient after a long day for removing dark eye makeup… everything does melt right off which is easy. "The Relevant: Your Skin Seen - Melt It Off Balm Cleanser works just fine to melt off all your make up away even waterproof and long lasting make up it's easy on your skin so you don't have to rub hard for the make up to dissolve however in my case after rinsing the balm it leaves my skin feeling very oily and greasy so i have to wash my face a second time to remove the oily residue from the cleansing balm otherwise it works great"

"I used it to wipe off mascara concealer foundation and loose powder so far and it just came right off! It also feels greasy on your hands but like a moisturizer on your face. I feel like it melts away the makeup gently while keeping your skin from drying out. I have dry skin so this cleansing balm is perfect for me. I don’t know how oily skin will react to this product though. It works very well on dry skin."
