Use your ring-finger to apply to concealer to the inner corner and slowly work it into the under eye area. To cover older blemishes, use fingers to apply directly to blemish and blend seamlesly into skin. Use a brush for a more pinpointed application. For red and irritated blemishes, it is recomeneded to layer with a setting powder of your choice.
