Start with dry hair. Apply a generous amount directly onto your scalp and massage into the crown of your head. Work more of the pre-wash down the length of your hair while smoothing evenly throughout but without drenching. Wait at least 20 minutes then shampoo thoroughly (sulfate-free shampoo recommended) and condition as normal. If you have finer hair, it is recommended to skip the conditioner — the prewash has already conditioned the hair.
