Start with a clean and dry face to prepare for your LED patch session. Peel off one side of the skin-friendly sticker and attach it to the LED side of the patch. The patch will automatically stop after each session.

For optimal results, use the patch four times a week for 3 minutes, either until your blemish fades or consistently for 6 weeks for recurring acne issues.
