Always begin with a clean slate. Gently cleanse your skin to remove makeup, dirt, and impurities, and pat dry. Put the LED mask on your face and make sure the straps are closed. Switch on the light by pressing the button and choose your desired mode. The LED mask will switch off automatically once the session is finished.
