"It has a serumy texture, and is gentle on the scalp but cleans the scalp and hair well while also adding great slip for detangling and distributing the product. Other clarifier’s have either been too strong or did nothing but this was the perfect amount of clean without overstripping and my scalp felt refreshed after."

"Clarifying cleansers can easily strip hair of everything it needs to be in its most healthy state. This cleanser is not one of those and trust I’ve tried many. It’s the perfect compliment to the pre-cleanse oil which is now my favorite product ever. When we use products with heavier emollients and conditioning agents they tend to build up on the surface over time. Just like skin it is necessary to reset your cuticle so that it can receive all the amazing nutrients it needs to stay healthy. This is my favorite cleanser to do just that. It lathers & cleanses well without taking away the essential elements that help managing any type of curls easy. Hair feel’s clean without being dry or rough. This is actually the first time I’ve used a detox/clarifying cleanser and didn’t feel like I absolutely needed a deep conditioner or treatment. I use it 2x a month alternating it with the the nutrient cleanse. I dont want to be without it, and you shouldn’t either. Hair or skin doesn’t get used to products. They either have build up and/or is not serving the current needs. Try a detox and reset, you wont be mad."
