Twice weekly, hydrate polish with spring water to form a paste. Step into shower and wet skin. Apply the polish all over face and body. Allow polish to dry. Wet hands and massage polish into skin using gentle, soothing strokes, paying special attention to rough areas that need tending to. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, end with a spray of cold water.
